We attract only the best housemates - working professionals to be precise! So you can have peace of mind that you know you're in a home full of like-minded people you can build a friendship with. Communal areas will be cleaned every fortnight. This will give you extra time on the weekend to do what you want to do! Our handyman will also be around within 48hrs to rectify any raised maintenance issues.
Bills included!
Usually tenants have to split the utility bills and this can become a stressful task if everyone isn't on the same page. Leave this responsibility to us, and have peace of mind. All of our room rates are bills included!
