We will ensure that your property is taken good care of and manage tenants living in your property so you don't have to. We will handle all communication from the very beginning, whilst keeping things in immaculate condition with the help of our fortnightly housekeepers and handymen.
Zero Fees
No charges for our service to you! Say bye to traditional management fees of up to 18% plus VAT. You will receive your monthly agreed rent and will not be charged for management of the property nor tenant finding fees. So rest assured, there are no hidden charges lurking.
HMO Licensing
We're happy to cover the expense of the HMO license if there isn't one in place already, free of charge! We liaise with HMO officers and maintain relationships to ensure the process is smooth from start to finish, including project managing any works required. We're happy to revert any license works back to it's original state once the property is handed back if desired.
